Legal basis: Article 2 (2) and (3) of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016, Article 5 (3) of Market Abuse Regulation.

With reference to the current report No. 27/2025 of 18 November 2025, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu hereby reports the transactions carried out on its own shares on 26 November - 3 December 2025. Information, both in aggregated and detailed form, is presented in the attachments prepared based on the information received from Santander Bank Polska S.A. - Santander Biuro Maklerskie as an investment firm in charge of executing the share buyback programme.
