W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 27/2025 i nr 30/2025, Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu („Spółka”) informuje o zakończeniu programu skupu akcji własnych ogłoszonego w dniu 18 listopada 2025 r. (“Program"). Łącznie w ramach Programu nabyto 4 664 941 akcji, stanowiących 0,44 % kapitału zakładowego Spółki. - Okres, w którym nabywano akcje: 26 listopada - 3 grudnia 2025 r. (na podstawie daty transakcji) - Liczba nabytych akcji: 4 664 941 - System obrotu - GPW - Kwota, za którą nabyto akcje (z wyłączeniem prowizji maklerskich): 148 555 781,41 zł Jak poinformowano w chwili uruchomienia Programu, jego celem jest realizacja nagród przyznanych w ramach pracowniczego programu motywacyjnego Allegro. Current report No. 31/2025 Date: 3 December 2025 Title: Allegro announces the completion of its share buyback programme Legal basis: Article 17 of Market Abuse Regulation With reference to the current reports No. 27/2025 and 30/2025, the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the “Company”) hereby announces the completion of its share buyback programme announced on 18 November 2025 (the “Programme”). In aggregate, 4,664,941 shares were bought under this Programme, representing 0.44% of the share capital of the Company. - Period of repurchases: 26 November - 3 December 2025 (based on trade date) - Number of shares acquired: 4,664,941 - Venue of trading - WSE - Pecuniary amount paid for shares acquired (excluding broker’s fees): PLN 148,555,781.41. As disclosed when the Programme was launched, its purpose was to satisfy the awards granted under Allegro’s employee incentive plan.
