| Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu ("Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że 14 września 2021 r., Allegro.pl sp. z o.o. ("Allegro.pl"), spółka zależna będąca w pełni własnością Spółki, została poinformowana przez Pana Seshashayee Sridhara (a.k.a. Mittu Sridhara), że nie jest on w stanie objąć obowiązków członka Zarządu Allegro.pl z dniem 1 października 2021, jak pierwotnie planowano w dzień jego powołania (zob. raport bieżący nr 7 z dnia 23 czerwca 2021) i złożył rezygnację z powołania do pełnienia tej funkcji. W swojej rezygnacji Pan Sridhara oświadczył, że podjął tę decyzję wyłącznie z powodów osobistych. Komentarz Francois Nuyts, Prezesa Allegro: "Jesteśmy zasmuceni, że powody osobiste sprawiły, że Mittu Sridhara zrezygnował z dołączenia do Zarządu Allegro.pl jako Chief Technology Officer („CTO”) z dniem 1 października i w związku z tym kontynuujemy poszukiwanie długoterminowego zastępstwa dla Piotra Szybiaka, który zrezygnował w czerwcu po wielu latach pełnienia tej funkcji. Jednocześnie jest mi przyjemnie ogłosić, że Marcin Mazurek, jeden z kluczowych dyrektorów w Zespole Technologii Allegro.pl, będzie nadal pełnić funkcję tymczasowego CTO i będzie kierować Zespołem Liderów Technologii/Technology Leadership Team w realizacji ambitnego programu innowacji." |

| 14 September 2021 Current report No. 10 / 2021 Title: Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Allegro.pl sp. z o.o. Legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of MAR - confidential information. The Allegro.eu Board of Directors (the "Company") hereby informs that on 14 September 2021, Allegro.pl sp. z o.o ("Allegro.pl"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Allegro.eu, was informed by Mr Seshashayee Sridhara (a.k.a. Mittu Sridhara) that he is unable to take up his responsibilities as a member of the Management Board of Allegro.pl on 1 October 2021, as originally planned at the time of his appointment (see Current Report No. 7, dated 23 June 2021), and has resigned from his nomination to this position. In his resignation letter, Mr Sridhara stated that he has made this decision solely for personal reasons. Francois Nuyts, CEO of Allegro, commented: "We are saddened that personal factors have led Mittu Sridhara to step back from joining the Allegro.pl Board as Chief Technology Officer (“CTO”) from 1 October and we are therefore continuing our search for a long term replacement for Piotr Szybiak, who resigned in June after many years in the role. At the same time, I am very pleased to announce that Marcin Mazurek, one of the key directors in the Allegro Technology Team, will continue as Interim CTO and steer the Technology Leadership Team in delivering on its ambitious program of innovation." |
