Cinema City International N.V. z siedzibą w Amsterdamie, Holandia, ("Spółka") zawiadamia o podpisaniu umowy (“Umowa") z IMAX® Corporation. Zgodnie z umową Spółka otrzymuje wyłączne prawo do prowadzenia kin IMAX® w Izraelu (z wyłączeniem miasta Eilat). Umowa przewiduje także cyfryzację wszystkich kin IMAX® prowadzonych przez Cinema City International w krajach Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej. Spółka zainstalowała już projektor cyfrowy IMAX® w kinie w Łodzi w Polsce, a więc w przyszłości zainstaluje kolejne 8 projektorów cyfrowych w pozostałych lokalizacjach.

Pierwsza główna umowa pomiędzy Cinema City International oraz IMAX® Corporation została podpisana w 1998 roku. Na podstawie tej umowy Spółka ma wyłączne prawo do prowadzenia kin IMAX® w Polsce, na Węgrzech, w Czechach, Bułgarii i Rumunii.

Podstawa prawna: Art. 5:53 i następne Holenderskiej Ustawy z dnia 28 września 2006 o nadzorze finansowym (Wft.) oraz Art. 56 ust.1. pkt 1 oraz art. 56 ust 6 Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej, warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	Execution of agreement with Imax® CorporationCinema City International N.V. with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, (the "Company") notifies that it has signed an agreement (the “Agreement”) with IMAX® Corporation. According to the Agreement the Company gains an exclusive right to operate IMAX® theatres in Israel (except of Eilat city). The Agreement provides also for digitalization of all IMAX® theatres operated by Cinema City International in the CEE countries. The Company has already installed a digital projector in its IMAX® theatre in Łódź, Poland, thus in the future it is going to install additional 8 digital projectors in remaining locations.The first master agreement between Cinema City International and IMAX® Corporation has been signed in 1998. Based on this agreement the Company has exclusive rights to operate IMAX® theatres in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania.Legal grounds: Article 5:53 and subsequent of the Dutch Act of 28 September 2006 on rules regarding the financial markets and their supervision (Act on Financial Supervision – Wft.) in conjunction with Article 56.1.1 and article 56.6 of the Polish Act on Public Offerings, Conditions governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005
