Zarząd CI GAMES S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (“Spółka”) w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego numer 3/2022 z dnia 28 stycznia 2022 roku, informuje o podjęciu decyzji o zmianie terminu publikacji jednostkowego oraz skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego za 2021 rok.

Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2021 rok, którego publikację pierwotnie planowano na dzień 31 marca 2022 roku, przekazany zostanie do publicznej wiadomości w dniu 8 kwietnia 2022 roku.

Pozostałe terminy i informacje wskazane w raporcie bieżącym numer 3/2022 nie ulegają zmianie.

Szczegółowa podstawa: § 80 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

The remaining dates and information indicated in the current report number 3/2022 remain unchanged. Detailed basis: § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
