| Zarząd CI Games S.E. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), po zapoznaniu się z szacunkowymi danymi finansowymi za okres do dnia 31 grudnia 2023 roku, szacuje, że całkowite koszty produkcji (bez opłat licencyjnych na silniki) gry Lords of the Fallen wyniosą około 178 mln zł, koszty marketingu – 81,5 mln zł, a koszty produkcji na nośnikach fizycznych – 21,5 mln zł. Informacja została uznana za poufną ze względu na jej znaczenie dla Spółki, w szczególności potencjalny wpływ na sytuację finansową Spółki. | Current report number: 37/2023 Date: 24 October 2023 Subject:Estimated total production costs for Lords of the Fallen Legal basis: Art. 17 Section 1 of MAR - confidential information The Management Board of CI Games S.E. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), having reviewed the estimated financial data for the period up to December 31, 2023, hereby informs that the Company estimates that the total production costs (excluding engine license fees) of Lords of the Fallen will amount to approximately PLN 178 million, while the cost of marketing will amount to PLN 81.5 million and production on physical media will amount to PLN 21.5 million. The information was considered confidential due to its importance to the Company, in particular its potential impact on the Company's financial position. Legal basis: Article 17(1) in conjunction with Article 7(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 5 96/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
