(Emitent, KRUK) informuje, iż w dniu 13 marca 2023 roku agencje ratingowe Moody’s Investors Service (Moody’s) oraz Standard & Poor’s (S&P Global) po raz pierwszy przyznały Emitentowi następujące ratingi: • Agencja Moody’s przyznała rating korporacyjny Grupy KRUK na poziomie „Ba1” z perspektywą stabilną; • Agencja S&P Global przyznała rating korporacyjny Grupy KRUK na poziomie „BB-” z perspektywą stabilną. |

(the “Company”, “KRUK”) announces that on March 13th 2023 the Company was for the first time assigned ratings by the credit rating agencies Moody’s Investors Service (Moody’s) and Standard & Poor’s (S&P Global). The ratings are as follows: • the corporate rating for the KRUK Group from Moody’s is „Ba1” with a stable outlook; • the corporate rating for the KRUK Group from S&P Global is „BB-” with a stable outlook. |
