| Zarząd Starhedge S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie, (dalej: „Emitent” „Spółka "), w nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 4/2022 z dnia 29 stycznia 2022 r. oraz 6/2022 z dnia 11 kwietnia 2022 roku, w sprawie harmonogramu przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2022 roku oraz zmianie terminu przekazania jednostkowego oraz skonsolidowanego Raportu Rocznego za rok 2021, podaje do publicznej wiadomości informacje o zmianie terminu przekazania do publicznej wiadomości raportów : jednostkowego oraz skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego za rok 2021 r. Pierwotnie daty publikacji wskazanych raportów były ustalone : jednostkowego oraz skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego za rok 2021 roku, na dzień 14 kwietnia 2022 roku, zaktualizowane daty publikacji wskazanych raportów jednostkowego oraz skonsolidowanego raportu rocznego za rok 2021 roku, były ustalone na dzień 26 kwietnia 2022 roku, Nowy termin przekazania raportów okresowych, o których mowa powyżej to: – jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2021 – 28 kwiecień 2022 Podstawa prawna: Art. 56 ust. 1 pkt. 2 Ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzenia instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych, w związku z § 80 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim |
