Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 11 grudnia 2023 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za listopad 2023 roku.
Przychody ze sprzedaży za listopad 2023 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 1,52 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie 0,02 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie 0,02 mln PLN. Stan środków pieniężnych na rachunkach bankowych Spółki na koniec listopada 2023 wynosił 0,7 mln PLN, przy wykorzystaniu 2,5 mln PLN z posiadanej linii kredytowej.

Narastająco za jedenaście miesięcy 2023 roku Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 19,60 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie -0,06 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,07 mln PLN i EBITDA na poziomie 3,25 mln PLN.

Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Dane za rok 2023 będą podlegały weryfikacji zarówno wewnętrznej jak i w procesie przeglądu i badania przez biegłego rewidenta. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostanie zamieszczona w raportach okresowych w tym w sprawozdaniu rocznym za rok 2023.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on December 11th, 2023, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for November 2023. Sales revenue for November 2023 is expected at PLN 1,52 million. The gross result at PLN 0,02 million, net result at the level of PLN 0,02 million. The cash balance in the Company's bank accounts at the end of November 2023 amounted to PLN 0,7 million, using PLN 2,5 million from the credit line. Cumulatively, for eleven months of 2023, the Issuer expects the following results: sales revenues at the level of PLN 19,60 million, gross result at the level of PLN -0,06 million, net result at the level of PLN -0,07 million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 3,25 million. The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. Data for 2023 will be verified both internally and in the audit process by a statutory auditor, and the final information on the result and sales revenues, taking into account the data for the indicated period, will be included in the annual report for 2023.
