Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – The IPO of Comp Rzeszow, an IT company from Rzeszow, southern Poland, is going to be conducted on September 27th, the Polish stock exchange GPW announced. In the public offer, 1.545 million of shares were sold, mainly belonging to Enterprises Investors fund, which withdrew from the company.
In addition, 450 thousand of stock has been sold. These shares will be listed later. The issue price amounted to PLN 94 (EUR 21.5). Comp Rzeszow will spend the funds to build its Software Centre for Central and Eastern Europe and acquisitions in the IT industry.
