BRE Bank and Tel-Energo may shortly play a major role in consolidating the cable TV business in this country.
The bank may attempt to merge those companies in which it has a stake with a view to selling the investment later.
There are more than 500 operators in Poland but UPC TK, Vectra and Multimedia Polska between them have one third of the entire market.
