| Zarząd Alior Bank S.A. („Bank”) informuje o rejestracji w dniu 25 października 2021 r. przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XIV Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego zmian w Statucie Banku, przyjętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Banku w dniu 28 maja 2021 r. w uchwale nr: 33/2021 („Uchwała”). Treść Uchwały oraz tekst jednolity Statutu Banku uwzgledniający zmiany w niej przyjęte stanowią załączniki do niniejszego raportu. Podstawa prawna: § 5 pkt. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. |

| Registration of the amendments to the Articles of Association of Alior Bank S.A. The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs on registration on October 25th, 2021 by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register the amendments to the Bank's Articles of Association, adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Bank on May 28th, 2021 under resolution No. 33/2021 (“Resolution”). The content of the Resolution and the consolidated text of the Bank’s Articles of Association including the amendments adopted therein, are presented in attachments to this report. Legal basis: § 5 para 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state. |
