Rada Dyrektorów Allegro.eu („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że dnia 26 stycznia 2022 r. oraz 1 lutego 2022 r Spółka otrzymała formularze zawiadomień o znacznych pakietach, załączone do niniejszego raportu jako załączniki, od Cidinan S.à r.l. i Permira VI Investment Platform Limited, stanowiące dobrowolne zawiadomienia zgodnie z art. 8 i 9 luksemburskiej ustawy z dnia 11 stycznia 2008 r. o wymogach przejrzystości, z późniejszymi zmianami ("Ustawa").

Spółka stwierdziła, że procentowe udziały Cidinan S.à r.l. i Permira VI Investment Platform Limited były ujawnione na stronie internetowej Spółki od dnia 17 marca 2021 r. Przedmiotowe dobrowolne zawiadomienia o znacznych pakietach są z nimi zgodne i nie stanowią zmiany w stosunku do tych wcześniej ujawnionych informacji.
Spółka publikuje niniejszy raport zgodnie z art. 11 ust. 6 Ustawy.

Title: Voluntary notifications related to major shareholdings





Legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 MAR – inside information





The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby reports that
the Company received major shareholdings notifications forms, attached
hereto as attachments, from Cidinan S.à r.l. and Permira VI Investment
Platform Limited, as voluntary notifications in line with articles 8 and
9 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 on transparency requirements,
as amended (the "Law") on 26 January 2022 and 1 February 2022.





The Company noted that the ownership percentages of Cidinan S.à r.l. and
Permira VI Investment Platform Limited have been disclosed on the
Company's website since 17 March 2021. These voluntary notifications on
major shareholdings are in line therewith and do not represent a change
from this previously disclosed information.





The Company has issued this report in compliance with article 11 (6) of
the Law.
