| Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] informuje, że w dniu 17 września 2024 r. otrzymał od Meta Platforms Technologies LLC. informację o podpisaniu umowy dot. włączenia gry Hunt Together [„Gra”] do biblioteki Meta Quest+ Library. Meta Quest+ Library to biblioteka gier dostępna dla subskrybentów i dotycząca gogli Meta Quest Pro, Quest 2 i Quest 3. Gra będzie dostępna w bibliotece Meta Quest+ Library w okresie od 1.10.2024 r. do 31.03.2025 r. z możliwością przedłużenia. Emitent uznał ww. informację za istotną z uwagi na fakt, iż zdaniem Emitenta włączenie Gry do biblioteki Meta Quest+ Library wpłynie na rozpoznawalność Gry, a co za tym idzie może pozytywnie wpłynąć na wyniki finansowe osiągane przez Emitenta z tytułu sprzedaży Gry. |
