| Zarząd spółki Cl Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 24 kwietnia 2023 r. Spółka zawarła umowę dotyczącą paneuropejskiej dystrybucji gry „Lords of the Fallen” („LOTF”) ze spółką Plaion GmbH (poprzednio Koch Media GmbH) z siedzibą w Höfen w Austrii („Plaion”) („Umowa”). Umowa obejmuje wprowadzanie LOTF do sprzedaży na terytorium Europy, w tym na terytorium Wielkiej Brytanii, Niemiec, Francji, Włoch, Hiszpanii, Polski, Czech, Słowacji oraz Portugalii, krajów nordyckich i krajów Beneluksu. Spółka pozostanie wydawcą gry, Plaion będzie dystrybuował fizyczne wydania we wszystkich fizycznych kanałach sprzedaży detalicznej. Postanowienia Umowy nie odbiegają od warunków rynkowych dla tego typu umów. Zarząd Spółki uznał za zasadne zakwalifikowanie niniejszej informacji jako poufnej w rozumieniu przepisów art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia MAR. |

| Current report number: 17/2023 Date: 24 April 2023 Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR – Confidential Information Subject: Conclusion of agreement for Pan-European distribution of the game "Lords of the Fallen" The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs that on 24 April 2023 the Company has entered into agreement for Pan-European distribution of the game “Lords of the Fallen” (“LOTF”) with Plaion GmbH (formerly Koch Media GmbH) with its registered office in Höfen, Austria (“Plaion”) (“Agreement”). Plaion will distribute LOTF in physical format across all European territories including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Portugal, Nordics and Benelux.The Company remains as publisher of the game, Plaion will distribute physical editions across all physical retail channels.The provisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions for this type of agreement. The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classify this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 17(1) of the MAR Regulation.
