| Zarząd spółki Cl Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego numer 3/2023 z dnia 26 stycznia 2023 roku, informuje o podjęciu decyzji o zmianie terminów publikacji przez Spółkę raportów okresowych w 2023 roku. Spółka przekaże raporty okresowe w poniższych terminach: - Jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2022 – 28 kwietnia 2023 r. - Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2023 r. – 30 maja 2023 r. - Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2023 r. – 29 września 2023 r. - Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2023 r. – 29 listopada 2023 r. Pozostałe informacje wskazane w raporcie bieżącym numer 3/2023 nie ulegają zmianie. Szczegółowa podstawa: § 80 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. |

| Current report number: 15/2023 Date: 4 April 2023 Legal basis: Current and Periodic Information Subject: Change of publication dates of periodic reports in 2023 The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) with reference to the current report number 3/2023 dated 26 January 2023, announces that it has decided to change the dates on which the Company will publish its periodic reports in 2023. The Company will provide periodic reports on the following dates: - Individual and consolidated annual report for 2022 – 28 April 2023 - Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2023 – 30 May 2023 - Consolidated mid-year report for the 1st half of 2023 – 29 September 2023 - Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2023 – 29 November 2023 Other information indicated in current report number 3/2023 remains unchanged. Detailed basis: § 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the law of a non-member state.
