Zarząd spółki Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. ("Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do informacji przekazanej w raporcie bieżącym nr 41/2014 z dnia 8 maja 2014 roku, informuje, że w dniu 13 maja 2014 roku, otrzymał Komunikat Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A. ("KDPW"), zgodnie z którym w dniu 14 maja 2014 roku nastąpi rejestracja 47.260.690 akcji Spółki oznaczonych kodem PLCFRPT00013 oraz 243.932.490 akcji Spółki oznaczonych kodem PLCFRPT00021 zgodnie z uchwałą Zarządu KDPW nr 454/14 z dnia 7 maja 2014 roku.

	Notification of the NDS on the registration of Series I and Series J shares With reference to the information disclosed in the current report no. 41/2014 of May 8, 2014, the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the “Company”), hereby announces that on May 13, 2014 it received a notification from the National Depository for Securities (the “NDS”) to the effect that 47,260,690 shares of the Company marked with ISIN code PLCFRPT00013 and 243,932,490 shares of the Company marked with ISIN code PLCFRPT00021 will be registered on May 14, 2014, pursuant to the resolution of the Management Board of the NDS no. 454/14 of May 7, 2014.
