| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 3/2012 z dnia 27 stycznia 2012 roku oraz nr 4/2013 z dnia 16 stycznia 2013 roku Zarząd ENEA S.A. (Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 20 stycznia 2014 roku podpisany został pomiędzy Emitentem, a ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. aneks (Aneks) do umowy o świadczenie usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej, o zawarciu której Emitent informował w raporcie bieżącym nr 6/2010 z dnia 15 stycznia 2010 roku. Zawarta w dniu 14 stycznia 2010 roku umowa o świadczenie usług dystrybucji energii elektrycznej ma na celu zapewnienie świadczenia oraz ustalenie zasad wykonywania usług dystrybucji w celu realizacji umów kompleksowych oraz umów sprzedaży zawartych przez Emitenta z odbiorcami przyłączonymi do sieci ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. Aneks ustala planowane z tytułu świadczenia usług dystrybucji płatności w okresie od 1 stycznia 2014 roku do 31 grudnia 2014 roku na łączną kwotę 1.513.882.600,00 zł netto. Wskazana kwota płatności może być korygowana, o ile wystąpią rozbieżności pomiędzy kwotą wynikającą z faktur, a faktycznie należnym wynagrodzeniem. Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że opisane powyżej transakcje zawarte zostały w ramach normalnego toku prowadzenia działalności przez spółki z Grupy Kapitałowej ENEA i z uwagi na wyłączenia konsolidacyjne nie mają wpływu na skonsolidowane wyniki Grupy Kapitałowej ENEA. |

Title: Conclusion of an annex to an agreement on the provision of electricity distribution services Legal basis: Article 56 item 5 of the Act on Offerings - information update Content of report: In relation to the current report No. 3/2012 of 27 January 2012 and 4/2013 of 16 January 2013 the Board of ENEA S.A. (Issuer) informs that on 20 January 2014 the Issuer and ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. signed an annex (Annex) to the agreement on the provision of electricity distribution services, on the conclusion of which the Issuer informed in the current report No. 6/2010 of 15 January 2010. The agreement concluded on 14 January 2010 on the provision of electricity distribution services aims at ensuring the provision and determination of the rules of performance of distribution services in order to realise comprehensive agreements and sales agreements concluded by the Issuer with users connected to the grid of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. The Annex stipulates planned payments for the provision of distribution services in the period from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014 for the total amount of PLN 1,513,882,600.00 net. The payment amount specified may be adjusted if discrepancies appear between the amounts shown on invoices and the remuneration actually due. At the same time, the Issuer informs that the above transactions were concluded within regular operations of companies from the ENEA Capital Group and because of the transactions excluded from the consolidation have no impact on the consolidated results of the ENEA Capital Group. |
