Zarząd Globe Trade Centre Spółki Akcyjnej („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje o oświadczeniu nr 465/2019 Krajowego Depozytu Papierów Wartościowych S.A. („KDPW”) z dnia 16 lipca 2019 r. („Oświadczenie”) w sprawie zawarcia ze Spółką umowy o rejestrację w depozycie papierów wartościowych 2.018.126 (dwóch milionów osiemnaście tysięcy sto dwadzieścia sześć) akcji zwykłych na okaziciela serii N Spółki o wartości nominalnej 10 gr. (dziesięć groszy) każda („Akcje Serii N”) oraz nadaniu im kodu ISIN PLGTC0000037, pod warunkiem wprowadzenia tych akcji do obrotu na tym samym rynku regulowanym, na który zostały wprowadzone inne akcje Spółki oznaczone kodem ISIN PLGTC0000037.

Zarejestrowanie w depozycie papierów wartościowych Akcji Serii N nastąpi w terminie trzech dni od otrzymania przez KDPW decyzji o wprowadzeniu ww. akcji do obrotu na tym samym rynku regulowanym, na który zostały wprowadzone inne akcje Spółki oznaczone kodem ISIN PLGTC0000037, nie wcześniej jednak niż w dniu wskazanym w tej decyzji jako dzień wprowadzenia tych akcji do obrotu na tym rynku regulowanym. Informacja o zarejestrowaniu Akcji Serii N zostanie przekazana w formie komunikatu operacyjnego KDPW.

Statement of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. regarding
the conditional registration of the series N ordinary bearer shares in
Globe Trade Centre S.A.


The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre Spółka Akcyjna (the
“Company”) hereby announces that on 16 July 2019 the Polish National
Depositary for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.,
the “KDPW”) issued statement No. 465/2019 (the “Statement”) regarding
the conclusion with the Company of an agreement on the registration of
2,018,126 (two million, eighteen thousand, one hundred and twenty-six)
series N ordinary bearer shares in the Company, each with a nominal
value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) (the “Series N Shares”). Pursuant to the
Statement, the KDPW agreed to register 2,018,126 (two million, eighteen
thousand, one hundred and twenty-six) Series N Shares and to assign such
shares the ISIN code PLGTC0000037, provided that such shares are
introduced to trading on the same regulated market on which the
remaining shares in the Company marked with the ISIN code PLGTC0000037
are traded.


The registration of the Series N Shares with the KDPW will be effected
within three days of the receipt by the KDPW of the documents evidencing
the decision of the entity operating the regulated market regarding the
introduction of the above-mentioned shares to trading on the same
regulated market on which the remaining shares in the Company marked
with the ISIN code PLGTC0000037 are traded; however, no earlier than on
the date indicated as the date of the introduction of such shares to
trading on the regulated market. The information on the registration of
the Series N Shares will be made public by way of an announcement issued
by the KDPW.
