(„Emitent”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2022 roku: Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2021 – 22.03.2022 Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2022 r. – 24.05.2022 Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2022 r. – 7.09.2022 Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2022 r. – 22.11.2022 Jednocześnie Emitent informuje, że zgodnie z §79 ust. 2 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim („Rozporządzenie”), Emitent nie będzie publikować raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2021 roku oraz za II kwartał 2022 roku. Ponadto, zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Spółka informuje, iż w raportach skonsolidowanych kwartalnych i półrocznym zawarte będą odpowiednio kwartalne i półroczne skrócone jednostkowe sprawozdania finansowe. Tym samym Spółka nie będzie przekazywać odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego. |

| Report 2/2022 Dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2022 24-01-2022 Huuuge, Inc. (the “Issuer”), hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2022: The annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2021 - 22.03.2022 The consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 - 24.05.2022 The consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2022 - 7.09.2022 The consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2022 - 22.11.2022 At the same time, the Issuer announces that in accordance with §79.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), the Company will not publish quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2021 and for the second quarter of 2022. In accordance with §62.1 and §62.3 of the Regulation, the Issuer informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include quarterly and semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements, respectively. Thus, the Issuer will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a separate standalone semi-annual report.
