| Huuuge, Inc. („Emitent”) w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 6/2024 z dnia 19 stycznia 2024 r. w sprawie terminu publikacji raportów okresowych w 2024 r., niniejszym informuje, że skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2024 r. zostanie opublikowany w dniu 28 maja 2024 r., a nie jak wcześniej informowano w dniu 30 maja 2024 r. Uwzględniając powyższe zmiany, harmonogram publikacji raportów okresowych w roku 2024 jest następujący: Jednostkowy i skonsolidowany raport roczny za rok 2023 – 14 marca 2024 r. (opublikowany) Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2024 r. – 28 maja 2024 r. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2024 r. – 5 września 2024 r. Skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2024 r. – 21 listopada 2024 r. | Current Report 22/2024 23 April 2023 Change of the date of the publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 Huuuge, Inc. (the "Issuer") with reference to current report no. 6/2024 dated January 19, 2024 regarding the dates of publication of periodic reports during the financial year 2024, hereby announces that the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 will be published on May 28, 2024, instead of May 30, 2024 as previously announced. Taking into account the above changes, the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2024 will be as follows: Annual report and consolidated annual report for the year 2023 - March 14, 2024 (published) Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 - May 28, 2024 Consolidated half-year report for the first half of 2024 - September 5, 2024 Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 - November 21, 2024 Legal basis: § 80.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state |
