| Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. [„Spółka”] w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 19/2023 w sprawie wprowadzenia świadczenia publicznego [składka solidarnościowa], informuje, o podjęciu decyzji w sprawie wystąpienia z wnioskiem o zwrot składki solidarnościowej zapłaconej w 2023 roku i dopłaconej w 2024 roku na rachunek państwowego funduszu celowego – Fundusz Wypłaty Różnicy Cen. Wartość kwoty, o której zwrot wystąpi Spółka wynosi 1,6 mld PLN. O kolejnych istotnych krokach w przedmiotowej sprawie Spółka poinformuje w trybie stosownych raportów bieżących. |
