| Zarząd Polskiego Górnictwa Naftowego i Gazownictwa SA („PGNiG”, „Spółka”) informuje, że Rada Nadzorcza Spółki na posiedzeniu w dniu 7 kwietnia 2022 r. podjęła decyzję o powołaniu z dniem 9 kwietnia 2022 r. Pani Iwony Waksmundzkiej-Olejniczak na stanowisko Prezesa Zarządu PGNiG, na okres trwania VI kadencji Zarządu Spółki, kończącej się 10 stycznia 2023 r. Pozostałe informacje o Pani Iwonie Waksmundzkiej-Olejniczak wymagane Rozporządzeniem Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim, zostaną przekazane odrębnym raportem bieżącym. |

| Warsaw, April 7th 2022 Appointment of Ms. Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak for the position of the President of the Management Board of PGNiG SA Current Report No. 22/2022 The Management Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (“PGNiG”, the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company’s Supervisory Board at its meeting held on Apirl 7th, 2022 decided to appoint Ms. Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak for the position of the President of the Management Board, with the effect from April 9th, 2022, for the 6th joint term of office of the Company's Management Board, ending on January 10th, 2023. The Company will provide further information on Ms. Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak required under Minister of Finance’s Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 in a separate current report. |
