| Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent", "Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że Spółka w dniu 26 marca 2024 r. w ramach współpracy z firmą biofarmaceutyczną z siedzibą w Europie ("Klient"), o której Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym nr 12/2023 z dnia 1 września 2023 r., otrzymała cztery zlecenia na wykonanie badań stabilnościowych i analiz próbek z procesu oczyszczania leku biologicznego ("Zlecenia"). Łączna szacunkowa wartość Zleceń wynosi 3.689.868 EUR (15.900.748 PLN przeliczone po kursie średnim Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 26 marca 2024 r. 1 EUR = 4,3093 PLN). W roku 2024 w ramach Zleceń będą realizowane usługi na kwotę 1.393.840 EUR (6.006.474 PLN przeliczone po kursie średnim Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 26 marca 2024 r. 1 EUR = 4,3093 PLN), zwiększając tym samym łączną wartość współpracy z Klientem w 2024 roku do kwoty pomiędzy 3.653.030 EUR i 5.754.959 EUR (15.742.002 PLN do 24.799.844 PLN przeliczone po kursie średnim Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 26 marca 2024 r. 1 EUR = 4,3093 PLN). Ostateczna wartość realizowanych usług w ramach Zleceń uzależniona będzie od ilości serii próbek przesłanych do badań przez Klienta. Badania objęte Zleceniami są kluczowe dla oceny i potwierdzenia efektywności procesu produkcyjnego, zapewniając odpowiednią jakość produktu. Ponadto, w ramach Zleceń zbierane będą dane niezbędne do zarejestrowania produktu biologicznego i potwierdzenia jego stabilności. Biorąc pod uwagę wartość Zleceń jak również fakt rozszerzenia współpracy pomiędzy Klientem a Spółką, Zarząd Emitenta uznaje otrzymane Zlecenia za istotne. |

| Receipt of a significant purchase order The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow (“Issuer”, “Company”), hereby informs that on March 26, 2024, within the framework of cooperation with a biopharmaceutical company based in Europe ("Client"), as previously disclosed by the Company in the current report No. 12/2023 dated of September 1, 2023, it has received four orders to conduct stability tests and sample analyses from the process of purifying a biological drug ("Orders"). The total estimated value of the Orders amounts to 3,689,868 EUR (15,900,748 PLN converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of March 26, 2024, 1 EUR = 4.3093 PLN). In the year 2024, services amounting to 1,393,840 EUR (6,006,474 PLN converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of March 26, 2024, 1 EUR = 4.3093 PLN) will be provided under the Orders, thereby increasing the total value of cooperation with the Client in 2024 to amount between 3,653,030 EUR and 5.754.959 EUR (15,742,002 PLN and 24,799,844 PLN converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of March 26, 2024, 1 EUR = 4.3093 PLN). The final value of services provided under the Orders will depend on the number of batches sent for testing by the Client. The tests covered by the Orders are crucial for evaluating and confirming the effectiveness of the production process, ensuring the appropriate quality of the product. Additionally, data necessary for the registration of the biological product and confirmation of its stability will be collected under the Orders. Taking into account the value of the Orders as well as the expansion of cooperation between the Client and the Company, the Issuer's Management Board considers the received Orders to be significant.
