| Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent"), działając na podstawie § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim ("Rozporządzenie"), niniejszym podaje do wiadomości publicznej terminy publikacji raportów okresowych w 2024 roku: - jednostkowy oraz skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2023 – 27.03.2024 r. - skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za I kwartał 2024 – 22.05.2024 r. - skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2024 – 25.09.2024 r. - skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za III kwartał 2024 – 21.11.2024 r. Jednocześnie Zarząd Emitenta informuje, że zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Emitent nie będzie przekazywać odrębnych jednostkowych raportów kwartalnych oraz odrębnego jednostkowego raportu półrocznego za H1 2024. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne Grupy Kapitałowej Selvita będą natomiast zawierały kwartalne informacje finansowe dotyczące Emitenta. Odpowiednio, skonsolidowany raport półroczny Grupy Kapitałowej Selvita będzie zawierał półroczne skrócone sprawozdanie finansowe Emitenta wraz z raportem podmiotu uprawnionego do badania sprawozdań finansowych. |

| Publication dates for periodic reports in 2024The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in Krakow ("Issuer"), acting pursuant to § 80.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of non-member state ("Regulation"), hereby announces the publication dates for periodic reports in the year 2024:- separate and consolidated annual report for 2023 – 27.03.2024- consolidated quarterly report for I quarter of 2024 – 22.05.2024- consolidated semi-annual report for I half of 2024 – 25.09.2024- consolidated quarterly report for III quarter of 2024 – 21.11.2024At the same time, the Management Board of the Issuer informs that pursuant to § 62.1 and § 62.3 of the Regulation, the Issuer will not publish individual separate quarterly reports and individual separate semi-annual report for H1 2024. The consolidated quarterly reports of the Selvita Group will, however, contain quarterly financial information about the Issuer. Accordingly, the consolidated semi-annual report of the Selvita Group will contain the Issuer’s semi-annual summary financial statement together with the report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements.
