| Działając zgodnie z §80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] („Rozporządzenie”) Kierownictwo SERINUS ENERGY plc („Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2021. Raport roczny za rok 2020 r. - 26 marca 2021 r. Raport za I kwartał 2021 r. - 13 maja 2021 r. Raport za I półrocze 2021 r. - 12 sierpnia 2021 r. Raport za III kwartał 2021 r. - 29 listopada 2021 r. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że na podstawie §60 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia nie będzie przekazywał jednostkowych śródrocznych raportów okresowych, a jedynie skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne i półroczne. Ponadto, zgodnie z §79 ust. 10 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że skonsolidowane sprawozdanie z płatności na rzecz administracji publicznej zostanie przekazane przez Spółkę w dniu 31 maja 2021 r. |

Annual Report for 2020– March 26, 2021 Report for the 1st quarter of 2021 – May 13, 2021 Semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2021 – August 12, 2021 Report for the 3rd quarter of 2021 – November 29, 2021 Furthermore, the Compnay announces that it will not publish stand-alone interim periodic reports and it will only publish consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports in accordance with Article 60 (3) of the Regulation. Moreover, pursuant to Article 79 (10) of the Regulation the Company announces that a consolidated report on payments to the public administration will be published by the Company on 31 May 2021. |
