Zarząd XTPL S.A. [„Emitent”, „Spółka”, „XTPL”] informuje, że w dniu 3 lutego 2025 r. Spółka potwierdziła zamówienie złożone przez Wydziału Inżynierii [„Wydział”], Uniwersytetu w Cambridge w Wielkiej Brytanii [„Klient”] na dostawę urządzenia Delta Printing System [„DPS”]. Spółka dostarczy i zainstaluje wskazane urządzenie w pierwszym kwartale 2025 roku.

Wydział Inżynierii Uniwersytetu w Cambridge jest jedną z wiodących instytucji badawczych na świecie. Urządzenie DPS będzie wykorzystywane do projektów badawczo-rozwojowych w zakresie czujników i innych zastosowań mikroelektroniki.

Zamówienie zostało pozyskane przy wsparciu dystrybutora w Wielkiej Brytanii. Przychody wygenerowane z bieżącego zamówienia na urządzenie będą miały pozytywny wpływ na wyniki finansowe XTPL S.A. osiągnięte w 2025 roku.

Zarząd Emitenta uznał sprzedaż urządzenia DPS za informację poufną, gdyż jej realizacja może mieć istotny wpływ na przyszłą sytuację przychodową Emitenta, popularyzację rozwiązań technologicznych Spółki, a także perspektywę postrzegania Emitenta przez inwestorów. Zamówienie, będące początkiem współpracy z tak prestiżowym klientem, nie tylko umacnia pozycję XTPL na rynku, ale także otwiera nowe możliwości rozwoju.

Z przyczyn opisanych powyżej, informacje przekazane w niniejszym raporcie bieżącym, w ocenie Zarządu Emitenta, spełniają kryteria informacji poufnej w rozumieniu art. 7 ust. 1 MAR.

	Title: Sale of Delta Printing System equipment to the Department of Engineering at University of Cambridge in UK Legal basis: Article 17(1) MAR - confidential information. Content of the Report: The Management Board of XTPL S.A. ["Issuer", "Company", "XTPL"] announces that on 3 February 2025, the Company confirmed an order placed by the Department of Engineering ["Department"], University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom ["Customer"] for the delivery of a Delta Printing System ["DPS"] device. The Company will deliver and install the indicated device in the first quarter of 2025. The Department of Engineering, University of Cambridge is one of the world's leading research institutions. The DPS device will be used for research and development projects in the field of sensors and other microelectronics applications. The order was secured with the support of the UK distributor. Revenues generated from the current device order will have a positive impact on XTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2025. The Issuer's Management Board considered the sale of the DPS device to be confidential information, as its realization may have a significant impact on the Issuer's future revenue situation, the popularization of the Company's technological solutions, as well as the prospect of investors' perception of the Issuer. The order, which is the beginning of cooperation with such a prestigious client, not only strengthens XTPL’s position in the market, but also opens up new opportunities for growth. For the reasons described above, the information provided in this current report, in the opinion of the Issuer's Management Board, meets the criteria for confidential information within the meaning of Article 7 (1) of MAR.
