AGORA Spółka Akcyjna - Aneks nr 3 do umowy kredytowej z Pekao S.A. - RB nr 38/2004
Zarząd Agory SA z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Agora") informuje, że w dniu 13 grudnia 2004 roku Agora zawarła Aneks nr 3 do umowy o udzielenie długoterminowego kredytu do wysokości 500.000.000 PLN, zawartej w dniu 5 kwietnia 2002 roku z Bankiem Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Umowa"). O szczegółach Umowy Agora informowała w komunikacie bieżącym nr RB 9/02.
Na mocy zawartego aneksu, zwolniony został dodany do Umowy zastaw rejestrowy, ustanowiony na przyszłych prawach ochronnych ze znaku towarowego "Wiedza i Życie". Aneks nr 3 zniósł również wszelkie inne zabezpieczenia związane z tytułem "Wiedza i Życie" ustanowione dla potrzeb zabezpieczenia kwoty wykorzystanego kredytu. Annex no. 3 to the loan agreement with Pekao SA - current report no. 38/2004 The Management Board of Agora SA with its seat in Warsaw ("Agora") hereby informs that on December 13, 2004 Agora entered into the Annex no. 3 to the long-term loan agreement up to the amount of PLN 500 m, concluded on April 5, 2002 with the Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Agreement"). The Agreement was discussed in detail in the current report no. 9/02 of April 5, 2002. On the basis of the concluded Annex, a pledge by registration established in connection with the Agreement on the future rights of the trade mark "Wiedza i Życie" was annulled. Also, Annex no. 3 cancelled all other securities established on the title "Wiedza i Życie" for the purpose of securing the consumed amount of the loan.
