Zarząd spółki Cl Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) przekazuje do publicznej wiadomości informację o zawarciu w dniu dzisiejszym, tj. 15 października 2021 pomiędzy Spółką a BatFields s.r.o. z siedzibą w Republice Czeskiej („BatFields”) umowy dotyczącej produkcji gry z gatunku survival („Gra”, „Umowa”). Zgodnie z postanowieniami Umowy produkcja Gry zostanie wykonana przez BatFields przy współpracy ze Spółką oraz jej zespołem dedykowanym do pracy nad produkcją Gry, w skład którego wejdą osoby kluczowe, odpowiedzialne po stronie Spółki za współprodukcję Gry, w szczególności dyrektorzy kreatywni i artystyczni, dyrektor techniczny oraz liderzy projektów. Zgodnie z postanowieniami Umowy właścicielem autorskich praw majątkowych do Gry będzie Spółka. Tym samym, Gra będzie trzecim, istotnym IP w portfolio wydawniczym Spółki. Produkcja Gry oparta będzie o silnik Unreal Engine 5, a Gra przeznaczona będzie na PC oraz konsole nowej generacji.
BatFields to doświadczony zespół deweloperski z siedzibą w Brnie.
Postanowienia przedmiotowej Umowy nie odbiegają od postanowień powszechnie stosowanych dla tego typu umów.
Zgodnie z polityką informacyjną Spółki, termin premiery Gry zostanie przekazany do wiadomości publicznej za pośrednictwem ESPI.
Podstawa prawna: art. 17 ust. 1 w zw. z art. 7 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (MAR).

	Current report number 25/2021Date: 15 October 2021Legal basis: Art. 17 Section 1 of MAR - inside information Subject: Conclusion of the agreement for development of survival game The Management Board of CI Games S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw (“the Company”) hereby announces that today, i.e. 15 October 2021 the Company and BatFields s.r.o. with its registered office in the Czech Republic (“BatFields”) concluded an agreement for development of the game in the survival genre (“Game”, “Agreement”). In accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, the development of the Game will be made by BatFields in cooperation with the Company and its internal team, that will include key employees responsible for the Game, particularly creative and artistic directors, technical director and projects leaders. Pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement the copyrights to the Game will be owned by the Company. Thereby, this would be the third important IP in publishing portfolio of the Company. The development of the Game will be based on engine Unreal Engine 5 and the Game is planned to be released on PC platforms and latest console generations. BatFields is well experienced development team located in Brno.The provisions of the Agreement do not differ from those commonly applied to those type of agreements. In accordance with the Company’s information policy, a release date of the Game will be publicly announced in the ESPI current report.
