| Zarząd spółki Cl Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 8 czerwca 2023 r. Spółka zawarła umowę dystrybucji gry „Lords of the Fallen” („LOTF”) ze spółką U&I Entertainment LLC, zarejestrowaną w stanie Delaware, z siedzibą w Minnetonka, w stanie Minnesota („U&I”) („Umowa”). Umowa obejmuje dystrybucję fizycznych wydań LOTF na terytorium Ameryki Północnej oraz Ameryki Południowej, w tym Stanów Zjednoczonych, Kanady, Meksyku oraz Ameryki Łacińskiej. Spółka pozostanie wydawcą LOTF, a U&I będzie dystrybuować jej fizyczne wydania we wszystkich fizycznych kanałach sprzedaży detalicznej. Postanowienia Umowy nie odbiegają od warunków rynkowych dla tego typu umów. Zarząd Spółki uznał za zasadne zakwalifikowanie niniejszej informacji jako poufnej w rozumieniu przepisów art. 7 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia MAR. |

| Current report number: 21/2023 Date: 9 June 2023 Legal basis: Article 17 (1) of MAR – Confidential Information Subject: Conclusion of agreement for distribution of the game “Lords of the Fallen” across all North & South American Markets The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs that on 8th June 2023 the Company has entered into agreement for distribution of the game “Lords of the Fallen” (“LOTF”) with U&I Entertainment LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located in Minnetonka, Minnesota. (“U&I”) (“Agreement”). U&I will distribute LOTF in physical format across all North & South American territories including the United States, Canada, Mexico & Latin American. The Company remains as publisher of the LOTF, U&I will distribute physical editions across all physical retail channels. The provisions of the Agreement do not deviate from market conditions for this type of agreement. The Management Board of the Company considered it reasonable to classify this information as confidential within the meaning of Article 7(1) of the MAR Regulation.
