| Zarząd Energa SA („Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 5 lipca 2024 roku powziął od spółki zależnej Energa Obrót SA („Spółka”) informację o dokonaniu oceny wpływu na wynik finansowy obszaru obrotu zatwierdzonej w dniu 28 czerwca 2024 r. przez Prezesa Urzędu Regulacji Energetyki ("Prezes URE") taryfy dla energii elektrycznej dla odbiorców grup taryfowych G na okres od dnia 1 lipca 2024 r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2025 r. dla Spółki na poziomie średnio 623 zł za MWh. W związku z powyższym, po analizach opartych o prognozy dla całego okresu taryfowego 1 lipca 2024 – 31 grudnia 2025, Spółka informuje o braku konieczności zawiązania w Energa Obrót S.A. dodatkowej rezerwy na umowy rodzące obciążenia z zastrzeżeniem, że pogorszenie wyniku Spółki w II połowie 2024 r. na skutek powyższej decyzji Prezesa URE szacowane jest w wysokości około 350 mln zł. Powyższe szacunki oparte są na dotychczas zakontraktowanym przez Energa Obrót S.A. wolumenie i cenie energii elektrycznej dla odbiorców w grupach taryfowych G dla podanego wyżej okresu taryfowego oraz prognozach dotyczących przyszłej kontraktacji. |

| Current report No. 34/2024 Date: 05.07.2024 Subject: Information on the approval by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) of electricity tariff for G tariff group customers from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025 Legal basis: Article 17(1) of the MAR – confidential information The Management Board of Energa S.A. (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that on 5 July 2024 it was informed by its subsidiary Energa Obrót S.A. (the “Company”) that it had assessed the impact on the financial result of the trading business of the electricity tariff approved on 28 June 2024 by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (the “President of the URE”) for G tariff group customers for the period from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025 for the Company at an average of PLN 623 per MWh. In view of the above, after analyses based on forecasts for the entire tariff period from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025, the Company hereby informs you that there is no need to establish an additional provision in Energa Obrót S.A. for onerous contracts, with the proviso that the impairment of the Company’s result in H2 2024 as a result of the above decision of the President of the URE is estimated at approximately PLN 350 milion. The above estimates are based on the volume and price of electricity contracted to date by Energa Obrót S.A. for G tariff group customers for the tariff period stated above and forecasts for future contracting. |
