	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of KSG Agro S.A., with its headquarters in Luxembourg ("Company") informs that on 11 th July 2022 a letter of intent was signed between the Company and Makarony Polskie S.A. ("Letter of intent"), concerning the determination of the principles of establishing business cooperation by the parties in the field of trade in rapeseed and sunflower oils and grains, as well as cooperation in other areas of agricultural production.The intention of the parties is, in particular, to establish cooperation regarding the import of rapeseed oil and sunflower oil from Ukraine, their processing and marketing in Poland and or in third countries. The letter of intent does not constitute a binding agreement, but only expresses the will to start talks on mutual cooperation of the parties within the scope and on the terms set out therein.The validity period of the Letter of Intent referred to above has not been specified.
