| Rada dyrektorów spółki Reinhold Polska AB (Spółka) niniejszym informuje, że z dniem wczorajszym podjęła wiadomość, iż jeden z członków zarządu – Pan Anders Lettström – złożył wniosek w Szwedzkim Bolagsverket (rejestrze handlowym) o rezygnację z funkcji członka rady dyrektorów Spółki. Wniosek wpłynął do Bolagsverket, 7 marca 2011 r. Pan Lettström nie poinformował bezpośrednio Spółki o rezygnacji, jednakże Spółka przyjęła rezygnację i dziękuje Panu Lettström’owi za jego członkostwo w Radzie Dyrektorów przez ostatnie lata. Po rezygnacji Pana Lettström, obecnymi członkami rady dyrektorów są: Waldemar Tevnell (prezes zarządu / przewodniczący rady dyrektorów), Gösta Gustafsson, Torgny Krook, Stanisław Dudzik i André Rosberg |

| The board of directors of Reinhold Polska AB hereby announces that it yesterday became aware that one of it’s board members - Mr Anders Lettström - has filed an application with the Swedish Bolagsverket (companies house register) for his resignation from his position as a member of the Board of Directors. The application was received by Bolagsverket on 7 March 2011. Mr Lettström has not informed the company directly about his resignation, but the company accepts it and thanks Mr Lettström for his participation as a member of the board during the years .After Mr Lettström resignation the current members of the board of directors) are: Waldemar Tevnell (Chairman of the board), Gösta Gustafsson, Torgny Krook, Stanisław Dudzik and André Rosberg. | |||
