| Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Selvita", "Spółka") podjął decyzję o podaniu do publicznej wiadomości wstępnych szacunkowych wyników w zakresie poziomu przychodów oraz wskaźników zyskowności na działalności operacyjnej oraz zyskowności EBITDA w III kwartale 2024 r. Zarząd Selvita szacuje na dzień publikacji niniejszego raportu, że skonsolidowane przychody komercyjne (od klientów zewnętrznych) ukształtują się w przedziale od 87 do 89 mln zł. Oznacza to, że będą one wyższe o 9% do 12% względem kwartału drugiego 2024 r. oraz o 7% do 10% względem kwartału trzeciego 2023 r. Rentowność na działalności operacyjnej Grupy Kapitałowej Selvita S.A. (“Grupa”) osiągnie wartości w zakresie od 0% do 3%, natomiast rentowność EBITDA Grupy ukształtuje się w zakresie od 15% do 18%. Poziom komercyjnych przychodów organicznych (z wyłączeniem wpływu nowych aktywów nabytych w roku 2024, tj.: spółki PozLab Sp. z o.o. i nowego oddziału we Wrocławiu) ukształtuje się w przedziale od 83 mln zł do 85 mln zł i będzie wyższy o 7% do 9% względem kwartału drugiego 2024 r. Rentowność na działalności operacyjnej osiągnie wartości w zakresie od 2% do 4%, natomiast rentowność EBITDA w ukształtuje się w zakresie od 17% do 20%. Spółka informuje, że przedstawione dane finansowe są szacunkowe, a ich obliczenia zostały dokonane według aktualnej wiedzy Zarządu Selvita, na podstawie informacji o dotychczas zaksięgowanych zdarzeniach gospodarczych oraz stopniu zaawansowania realizowanych umów z klientami. Powyższe prezentowane dane nie były audytowane oraz mogą różnić się od ostatecznych danych finansowych Grupy za okres dziewięciu miesięcy 2024 r., które zostaną opublikowane w dniu 21 listopada 2024 r., zgodnie z raportem bieżącym nr 1/2024 z dnia 16 stycznia 2024 r. Powyższe dane nie uwzględniają kosztu niegotówkowego, nierozwadniającego programu motywacyjnego. |

| The preliminary estimated selected financial results of Selvita S.A. Capital Group for the third quarter of 2024 The Management Board of Selvita S.A., headquartered in Kraków ("Selvita", "Company"), has decided to publicly announce preliminary estimated results regarding the level of revenues and profitability indicators for operating activities and EBITDA profitability for the third quarter of 2024. As of the date of this report, the Management Board of Selvita estimates that consolidated commercial revenues (from external customers) will range between PLN 87 million and PLN 89 million. This represents an increase of 9% to 12% compared to the second quarter of 2024, and an increase of 7% to 10% compared to the third quarter of 2023. The operating profitability of Selvita Capital Group ("Group") is expected to range between 0% and 3%, while the Group's EBITDA profitability is estimated to be between 15% and 18%. The level of organic commercial revenues (excluding the impact of new assets acquired in 2024, namely: company PozLab sp. z o.o. and the new branch in Wrocław) will range between PLN 83 million and PLN 85 million, reflecting an increase of 7% to 9% compared to the second quarter of 2024. Operating profitability is expected to range between 2% and 4%, while EBITDA profitability is expected to range between 17% and 20%. The Company informs that the presented financial data are estimates, calculated based on the current knowledge of the Management Board of Selvita, derived from information about the transactions recorded to date and the progress of ongoing customer contracts. The above data have not been audited and may differ from the final financial results of the Group for the nine-month period of 2024, which will be published on November 21, 2024, in accordance with the current report no. 1/2024 dated January 16, 2024.
