| Działając zgodnie z §80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] („Rozporządzenie”) Kierownictwo SERINUS ENERGY plc („Spółka”) podaje do publicznej wiadomości terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2025. Raport roczny za rok 2024 r. - 17 marca 2025 r. Raport za I kwartał 2025 r. - 14 maja 2025 r. Raport za I półrocze 2025 r. - 7 sierpnia 2025 r. Raport za III kwartał 2025 r. - 24 listopada 2025 r. Jednocześnie Spółka informuje, że na podstawie §60 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia nie będzie przekazywała jednostkowych śródrocznych raportów okresowych, a jedynie skonsolidowane raporty kwartalne i półroczne. Ponadto, zgodnie z §79 ust. 10 Rozporządzenia, Spółka informuje, że skonsolidowane sprawozdanie z płatności na rzecz administracji publicznej zostanie przekazane przez Spółkę w dniu 30 maja 2025 r. |

Moreover, pursuant to Article 79 (10) of the Regulation the Company announces that a consolidated report on payments to the public administration will be published by the Company on 30 May 2025. |
