Treść raportu:

Zarząd Spółki Starhedge S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie, (dalej: „Emitent” „Spółka "), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2020 z dnia 29 stycznia 2020 r., niniejszym informuje o zmianie terminu przekazania do publicznej wiadomości jednostkowego oraz skonsolidowanego raportu okresowego za pierwszy kwartał 2020 r., który zostanie opublikowany w dniu 29 czerwca 2020 r.
Zgodnie z informacją przekazaną raportem bieżącym nr 1/2020 z dnia 22 kwietnia 2020 roku data publikacji jednostkowego oraz skonsolidowanego raportu była ustalona na dzień 29 maja 2020 roku.

Zarząd podjął decyzję o zmianie terminu publikacji raportów okresowych na mocy § 21 ust. 1 i 3, wydanego w ramach Tarczy Antykryzysowej, Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów w sprawie określenia innych terminów wykonania niektórych obowiązków sprawozdawczych i informacyjnych z dnia 7 kwietnia 2020 r. (Dz.U. z 2020 r. poz. 622) z uwagi na stan epidemii spowodowany szczególności przez koronawirusa COVID-19, szczególności utrudnioną w związku z tym komunikację w tym system pracy zdalnej, zmianą procedur dotyczących osób zaangażowanych w proces badania, a także ograniczoną skutkami pandemii współpracę w zakresie badania podmiotów zależnych.
Zgodnie z zaleceniami ESMA Emitent w przygotowywanych raportach okresowych stara się zapewnić przejrzystość informacji o faktycznych i potencjalnych skutkach Koronawirusa COVID-19, w zakresie możliwie jak najbardziej opartym na analizie jakościowej oraz ilościowej prowadzonej działalności, sytuacji finansowej i wyników finansowych.
W przypadku gdy w trakcie okresu obrotowego emitent zauważy znaczące zmiany w osiąganych przychodach lub ponoszonych kosztach w stosunku do poprzednich okresów również dokona oceny takich danych w kontekście powstania informacji poufnych. Jednocześnie informujemy, iż Spółka podziela Stanowisko Stowarzyszenia Emitentów Giełdowych, że komunikacja z inwestorami w zakresie informacji o sytuacji w spółce w kontekście koronawirusa, które nie są informacjami poufnymi, może i powinna być prowadzona za pośrednictwem innych mediów, w tym strony internetowej emitenta.
Pozostałe terminy i informacje wskazane w raporcie bieżącym nr 1/2020 nie ulegają na dzień dzisiejszy zmianie.

§21 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów w sprawie określenia innych terminów wykonania niektórych obowiązków sprawozdawczych i informacyjnych z dnia 7 kwietnia 2020 r. (Dz.U. z 2020 r. poz. 622) w zw. z § 80 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	Change of publication date of the Periodic Report for the first quarter of 2020. The Management Board of Starhedge S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the "Issuer" "Company"), with reference to the current report No. 1/2020 of 29 January 2020, hereby informs about the change of the date of public disclosure news of the individual and consolidated periodic report for 2019, which will be published on June 29, 2020. According to the information provided in Current Report No. 1/2020 of 29 January 2020, the original publication date of the individual and consolidated report was set at May 29, 2020. The Management Board decided to change the publication date of periodic reports pursuant to § 21 para. 1 and 3, issued as part of the Anti-Crisis Shield, Regulation of the Minister of Finance on determining other deadlines for performing certain reporting and information obligations of April 7, 2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 622) due to the state of the epidemic caused by in particular by the COVID-19 coronavirus, in particular communication with statutory auditors difficult in connection with this, change of procedures regarding persons involved in the audit process, as well as cooperation in the scope of auditing of subsidiaries limited by the effects of a pandemic. In accordance with ESMA recommendations, the Issuer, in its periodic reports, is trying to ensure transparency of information about the actual and potential effects of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, to the extent possible based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis of its business, financial condition and financial results. If, during the financial period, the issuer notices significant changes in revenues or costs compared to previous periods, it will also assess such data in the context of confidential information. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the Company shares the Position of the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers that communication with investors regarding information about the situation in the company in the context of a coronavirus, which is not confidential information, can and should be conducted through other media, including the issuer's website. Other dates and information indicated in current report no. 1/2020 do not change as of today. Detailed legal basis: §21 section 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on determining other deadlines for performing certain reporting and information obligations of April 7, 2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 622) in conjunction from § 80 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
