Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), informuje, że w dniu 21 stycznia 2025 Emitent dokonał szacunkowego ustalenia wstępnych wyników finansowych Spółki za grudzień i rok 2024.
Przychody ze sprzedaży za grudzień 2024 roku spodziewane są na poziomie 1,3 mln PLN. Wynik brutto na poziomie 0,05 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie 0,05 mln PLN.
Narastająco za cały 2024 rok Emitent spodziewa się następujących wyników: przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 13,8 mln PLN, wynik brutto na poziomie -0,6 mln PLN, wynik netto na poziomie -0,6 mln PLN i EBITDA na poziomie 2,2 mln PLN.
Zarząd informuje, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Dane za rok 2024 będą podlegały weryfikacji zarówno wewnętrznej, w szczególności pod kątem konieczności dokonania ewentualnych odpisów lub zawiązania rezerw, jak i w procesie badania przez biegłego rewidenta. Ostateczna informacja o wyniku oraz przychodach ze sprzedaży uwzględniająca dane za wskazany okres zostaną zamieszczone w sprawozdaniu rocznym za rok 2024.

	MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)
	The Management Board of Vivid Games S.A. (hereinafter referred to as: the "Company", "Issuer"), informs that on Jauary 21st, 2025, the Issuer made an estimated determination of the Company's preliminary financial results for December 2024. Sales revenue for December 2024 is expected at PLN 1.3 million. The gross result at PLN 0.05 million, net result at the level of PLN 0.05 million. Cumulatively, for 2024, the Issuer expects the following results: sales revenues at the level of PLN 13.8 million, gross result at the level of PLN -0.6 million, net result at the level of PLN -0.6 million and EBITDA at the level of PLN 2.2 million. The Management Board informs that this report contains preliminary data, which may differ from the final data. The data for 2024 will be subject to internal verification, in particular with regard to the need for possible write-offs or provisions, and in the audit process by the auditor. The final information on the result and sales revenue taking into account the data for the period indicated will be included in the annual report for 2024.
