(Puls Biznesu) - Ochnik, the producer of leather clothes from Garwolin, near Warsaw, is going to develop its network. Till now, the company has distributed its clothes via partner shops bgut this is about to change.
Our aim is to develop our own network of retail sales, Arkadiusz Konarski, Polish retail network director said.
Today, Ochnik has only four own shops: two in Krakow, southern Poland, two in Lodz, central Poland, and one in Poznan, western Poland. This year, shops in Warsaw and Katowice will be launched. In 2006, there will be 4-5 new ones. Those investments are financed from Ochnik's own sources. It has 22 partner shops.
In abroad, Ochnik will still keep to partner system. It has 13 shops in Russia, 10 in Ukraine and 3 in Byelarussia.
In 2006, three shops in Russia and one in Ukraine will be launched, Arkadiusz Konarski assured.
Ochink's clothes are designed and made in Poland.
Within two years, we plan to increase capacity by 20-30 percent, Marcin Ochnik, one of the company's three shareholders said.
The company refused to reveal financial results. It was founded in 1989 and employs 200 people today.
