Prochnik shares grow 20 percent before new issue

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Since February 15th till 18th, the subscription for the shares of Prochnik, Poland’s listed clothes company, will be held. Prochnik is going to sell 30 m shares and earn PLN 15 m (EUR 3.7 m).

Warsaw (Puls Biznesu) – Since February 15th till 18th, the subscription for the shares of Prochnik, Poland’s listed clothes company, will be held. Prochnik is going to sell 30 m shares and earn PLN 15 m (EUR 3.7 m).

Present shareholders will have the rights to buy new shares. Moreover, 5.4 million shares will be issued for Elzbieta Sjoblom, who will pay with liabilities. Yesterday the prospectus was published. Investors eagerly bought Prochnik shares, which rose to PLN 1.61, or over 20 percent from Monday level.
