- Immediately after the successful deployment of market penetration phase, Vietinbank will continue to expand the business and develop diversified customers with network expanded throughout Europe.
Business strategy:
In each country Vietinbank will develop a business strategy in accordance with the scale and resources in each period in order to promote the strengths, overcome weaknesses and take advantage of every opportunity to, at the same time enhance the development on the following aspects:
1. Research and develop products that are in line with the target customer segments and highly differentiated to enter niche markets for commercial activities between Vietnamese and European enterprises, meanwhile developing the retail banking system and investment channels on the market in the host country.
2. Taking the advantage of the first Vietnamese bank in Europe, Vietinbank will reach the market place with numerous Vietnamese, overseas Vietnamese enterprises who make their living in the host country; as well as foreign businesses which have commercial and investment relationship with Vietnam, and potential foreign businesses which are operating efficiently in their field lines.
3. Serve the customer’s needs on services to the best, making Vietinbank to be the center of payment, transaction processing and money transfer of Vietnamese customers as well as Vietnamese banking system to Europe and vice versa.
