W nawiązaniu do komunikatu giełdowego nr 25/2016 z dnia 27 października 2016 r. w sprawie warunkowej umowy sprzedaży prawa użytkowania wieczystego dwóch nieruchomości w Łodzi, wraz z prawem własności budynków posadowionych na jednej z nich („Nieruchomości”), Zarząd Agory S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Agora", "Spółka") informuje, iż w dniu 2 grudnia 2016 r. Spółka powzięła informację, iż prezydent miasta Łodzi nie wykona prawa pierwokupu do Nieruchomości, przysługującego Gminie Miasta Łódź.
Warunkiem zawarcia umowy, o której Spółka poinformowała w komunikacie giełdowym nr 25/2016 opublikowanym w dniu 27 października 2016 r. było nieskorzystanie przez prezydenta miasta Łodzi z prawa pierwokupu przysługującego Gminie Miasta Łódź do opisanych powyżej Nieruchomości.

	Update of the information on property sales in Łódź - fulfillment of conditionRegulatory filingIn relation to the regulatory filing no 25/2016 published on October 27th, 2016 regarding a conditional agreement with the sale of the right of perpetual usufruct of two properties located in Łódź, together with the ownership of the buildings erected on one of them (“Property”), the Management Board of Agora S.A. (“Company”, “Agora”) hereby informs that on December 2nd, 2016 the Company acquired information that the mayor of Łódź shall not exercise the pre-emptive right to the Property belonging the Municipality of the City of Łódź.The condition to execute the agreement about which the Company informed in the regulatory filing no 25/2016 on October 27th, 2016 was that the mayor of Łódź shall not exercise the pre-emptive right to the Property belonging to the Municipality of the City of Łódź and described above.
