| Rada Dyrektorów ASBISc Enterprises Plc (“Spółka", „Emitent“) informuje, że Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Akcjonariuszy Spółki, które odbyło się w dniu 14 czerwca 2017, wybrało ponownie do Rady Dyrektorów Panów: Constantinos Tziamalis oraz Demos Demou. Constantinos Tziamalis, urodzony w 1975 r., uzyskał tytuł licencjata na kierunku bankowość i usługi finansowe (1998 r.) oraz magistra na kierunku finanse (1999 r). na Uniwersytecie Leicester. Pan Tziamalis był zatrudniony w pionie bankowości prywatnej BNP Paribas na Cyprze, a następnie (przez okres 3 lat) w domu maklerskim Proteas Asset Management Limited na stanowisku Investor Accounts Manager. Pan Tziamalis dołączył do kadry kierowniczej Spółki w styczniu 2002 r. jako Kierownik ds. projektów finansowych. W marcu 2003 r. objął stanowisko kierownika ds. kontroli kredytów korporacyjnych oraz relacji inwestorskich, a od dnia 23 kwietnia 2007 r. jest Dyrektorem ds. kontroli kredytów i relacji inwestorskich. Zgodnie z deklaracją Pana Constantinos Tziamalis, nie prowadzi on żadnej działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie był również nigdy wpisany do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych. Pan Demou urodził się w 1969 roku. W swojej karierze zawodowej zajmował szereg stanowisk menedżerskich, głównie w branży bankowej i branży transportu morskiego. Aktualnie jest dyrektorem zarządzającym Fidelius Management Services Ltd. W przeszłości pracował dla szeregu firm, w tym dla Limassol Cooperative Savings Bank Ltd gdzie zajmował stanowisko Financial Manager przez pięć lat, V.Ships Ltd, Comarine Ltd, Oesterreichischer Lloyd Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Acomarit (Cyprus) Ltd, Blasco Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Unicom Management Services Ltd oraz Nikos Karantokis Holdings. Jest członkiem Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus od 1995 roku, członkiem Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom, członkiem Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners oraz absolwentem International Management Development Institute / University of Pittsburgh. Zgodnie z deklaracją Pana Demos Demou, nie prowadzi on żadnej działalności konkurencyjnej wobec ASBISc Enterprises Plc. Nie był również nigdy wpisany do Rejestru Dłużników Niewypłacalnych. |

| Reelection of members to the Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises PLC The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("the Company", „the Issuer“) hereby announces that Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, that was held on June 14th, 2017 reelected Messrs. Constantinos Tziamalis and Demos Demou to the Board of Directors. Constantinos Tziamalis, born in 1975, holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Financial Services and a Masters (M.Sc.) in Finance (Corporate Credit Controller & Investor Relations). Constantinos Tziamalis worked at the private banking department of BNP Paribas in Cyprus and then joined a brokerage house, Proteas Asset Management Limited, where he worked for 3 years as Investor Accounts Manager. Constantinos joined the Company in January 2002 as Financial Project Manager. He was promoted to the position of Corporate Credit Controller & Investor Relations in March 2003, and became Director of Credit and Investor Relations as of 23 April 2007. According to Mr. Constantinos Tziamalis‘ declaration, he does not conduct any activities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He has never been included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry. Mr. Demos Demou, born in 1969. His career includes a number of managerial positions, mainly in the Shipping and Banking Industry. Currently he is the managing director of Fidelius Management Services Ltd. In the past he was working for a number of companies including the Limassol Cooperative Savings Bank Ltd where he held the position of the Financial Manager for 5 years, V.Ships Ltd, Comarine Ltd, Oesterreichischer Lloyd Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Acomarit (Cyprus) Ltd, Blasco Ship Management (Cyprus) Ltd, Unicom Management Services Ltd and Nikos Karantokis Holdings. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus since 1995, a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of United Kingdom, a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a graduate of the International Management Development Institute / University of Pittsburgh. According to Mr. Demos Demou' declaration, he does not conduct any activities which may conflict with ASBISc Enterprises Plc. He has never been included into the Doubtful Debtors Registry. |
