CARLSON: CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE - Resignation from publication of monthly reports

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its seat in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company, the Issuer) informs that it abandons the practice of publishing monthly reports, i.e. the application of Rule No. 16 of the set of Best Practices for Companies Listed on NewConnect, starting from the monthly report for November 2023. The Company provides all relevant information through current reports, and summary information is presented in periodic reports (quarterly and annual). In the opinion of the Company's Management Board, this ensures that shareholders and investors have access to complete and sufficient information giving a full picture of the Company's situation.

§4 item 4 of Appendix No. 3 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System "Current and periodic information provided in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
