	Current report number:27 /2024 Date: 12 June 2024 Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR – inside information Subject: Registration of series C subscription warrants in the NDS The Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company“) informs that it has received information that on 10 June 2024, the National Depository for Securities issued Statement No. 554/2024, that it has entered into an agreement with the Company to register in the securities depository up to 10,061,865 Series C registered subscription warrants, which were issued in execution of Resolution No. 20/1/2021 of the Company's Annual General Meeting of 22 June 2021 (the “Warrants”). The Warrants entitle the holder to acquire Series J ordinary bearer shares issued by the Company after the payment. Warrants, was assigned the ISIN code PLCTINT00109.
