Zarząd Cyfrowego Polsatu S.A. ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 27 czerwca 2011 roku powziął informację o podpisaniu w dniu 17 czerwca 2011 roku przez Polsat License Ltd (PLL) z siedzibą w Zurichu (Szwajcaria), podmiot pośrednio zależny od Spółki, aneksu do umowy licencyjnej ("Aneks") z Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. ("Licencjodawca"). Na mocy aneksu Licencjodawca przedłuża licencję na nadawanie filmów i seriali pochodzących ze zbiorów programowych Licencjodawcy oraz niektórych z jego przyszłych produkcji na terytorium Polski na okres kolejnych 3 lat. Pozostałe warunki umowy i aneksu nie odbiegają od standardów rynkowych stosowanych przy tego typu umowach.

W ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy Grupa Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. zawarła z grupą Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. umowy na warunkach rynkowych, których łączna wartość wraz z omówionym powyżej Aneksem może przekroczyć 10% przychodów za ostatnie cztery kwartały obrotowe.

	Information on signing an addendum to the licensing agreement with Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. The Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. ("Company") informs that on 27 June 2011 it was notified that on 17 June 2011 Polsat License Ltd (PLL) based in Zurich (Switzerland), an indirect subsidiary of the Company, signed an addendum to the licensing agreement ("Addendum") with Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. ("Licensor"). Under the Addendum, the Licensor agreed to extend the license to broadcast films and TV series from the Licensor's programming collection as well as some of its future productions in the territory of Poland for a further period of 3 years. Other terms and conditions specified both in the agreement and the addendum are consistent with the market standards applied in such agreements. During the past 12 months, Cyfrowy Polsat Group concluded, on an arm's length basis, a number of agreements with the group of Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., whose aggregate value together with the above-mentioned Addendum may exceed 10% of the Company's revenues for the last four quarters.
