| Current Report No. 2/2017 of 13 April 2017 Information on the determination of the final price for the Offered Shares, the final number of the Offered Shares in the Offering and the final number of the Offered Shares offered to each investor category Body of the report: Pursuant to Article 54 Section 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Terms and Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies, the Management Board of Dino Polska S.A. (“Company”) hereby announces information on the determination of the final price for the Offered Shares, the final number of the Offered Shares in the Offering and the final number of the Offered Shares offered to each investor class as at 4 April 2017 (i.e. the date preceding the Company’s accession to the Electronic Information Transfer System). All capitalized terms not defined in this Current Report have the meanings assigned to them in the Company’s prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) on 17 March 2017.
