| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 21/2021, Zarząd ENEA S.A. informuje, że powziął informację o podpisaniu w dniu 22 grudnia 2021 roku między spółką Elektrownia Ostrołęka sp. z o.o. (dalej: „EO”) a Generalnym Wykonawcą - GE Power sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Warszawie i GE Steam Power Systems S.A.S. (poprzednia nazwa: ALSTOM Power Systems) z siedzibą w Boulogne-Billancourt Francja (lider konsorcjum - GE Power sp. z o.o.) – aneksu do porozumienia dotyczącego rozliczenia Projektu Węglowego w ramach kontraktu dotyczącego budowy Elektrowni Ostrołęka „C” z dnia 25 czerwca 2021 roku (dalej: Aneks”). Aneks przedłuża termin rozliczenia do dnia 25 marca 2022 roku i wynika ze zweryfikowanego mechanizmu rozliczania Projektu Węglowego. Całkowita kwota, o której Emitent informował w raporcie bieżącym nr 21/2021, jaką EO będzie zobowiązana zapłacić na rzecz Generalnego Wykonawcy nie uległa zmianie i nie przekroczy 1,35 mld zł (netto). |

Legal Basis: Article 17(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation – confidential information Subject: Signing of an annex to the agreement on the financial settlement of the Coal-Fired Project under the contract for the construction of the Ostrołęka C Power Plant Body of the report: With reference to Current Report No. 21/2021, the ENEA S.A. Management Board hereby reports its obtaining of information that, on 22 December 2021, Elektrownia Ostrołęka sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: “EO”), GE Power sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw as the EPC Contractor and GE Steam Power Systems S.A.S. (formerly: ALSTOM Power Systems) with its registered office in Boulogne-Billancourt, France (consortium leader: GE Power sp. z o.o.) signed an annex to the agreement on the financial settlement of the Coal-Fired Project under the contract for the construction of the Ostrołęka C Power Plant of 25 June 2021 (hereinafter: “Annex”). The Annex extends the period provided for the financial settlement until 25 March 2022 and is a consequence of the verified financial settlement mechanism of the Coal-Fired Project. The total amount disclosed by the Issuer in Current Report No. 21/2021 that EO will be required to pay to the EPC Contractor has not changed and will not exceed PLN 1.35 billion (net). |
