| Zarząd ENEA S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) działając zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] („Rozporządzenie”), podaje terminy przekazywania do publicznej wiadomości raportów okresowych w 2022 r. Skonsolidowane rozszerzone raporty kwartalne, zawierające jednostkowe kwartalne sprawozdania finansowe: QSr za I kwartał 2022 r. – 24 maja 2022 r. QSr za III kwartał 2022 r. – 23 listopada 2022 r. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport półroczny, zawierający skrócone jednostkowe półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe: PSr za I półrocze 2022 r. – 14 września 2022 r. Raport roczny: R – raport jednostkowy roczny za 2021 r. – 23 marca 2022 r. RS – raport skonsolidowany roczny za 2021 r. – 23 marca 2022 r. Jednocześnie Emitent oświadcza o zamiarze kontynuacji przekazywania rozszerzonych skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających skrócone kwartalne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia oraz rozszerzonego skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia. Emitent informuje, że działając odpowiednio zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, Spółka nie będzie przekazywała rozszerzonych skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2021 r. oraz II kwartał 2022 r. Ponadto Emitent informuje, iż skonsolidowane sprawozdanie z płatności na rzecz administracji publicznej, o którym mowa w § 61 ust. 4 Rozporządzenia zostanie przekazane wraz ze skonsolidowanym raportem rocznym tj. w dniu 23 marca 2022 r. |

(“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby specifies the dates of publication of its periodic reports in 2022. Consolidated extended quarterly reports containing standalone quarterly financial statements: QConsdExtd for Q1 2022: 24 May 2022 QConsdExtd for Q3 2022: 23 November 2022 Consolidated extended half-year report containing condensed standalone half-year financial statements: HConsdExtd for H1 2022: 14 September 2022 Annual report: Y – standalone annual report for 2021: 23 March 2022 YConsd – consolidated annual report for 2021: 23 March 2022 At the same time, the Issuer hereby declares its intention to continue the publication of extended consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed quarterly financial statements, as referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation, and an extended consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements, as referred to in § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation. Please be advised that, acting in compliance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish extended consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2021 or Q2 2022. Furthermore, please be advised that the consolidated report on payments to public administration referred to in § 61 sec. 4 of the Regulation will be published alongside the consolidated annual report, that is on 23 March 2022. |
