| Zarząd ENEA S.A. („Spółka”, „Emitent”) działając zgodnie z § 80 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych […] („Rozporządzenie”), podaje terminy przekazywania do publicznej wiadomości raportów okresowych w 2024 r. Skonsolidowane rozszerzone raporty kwartalne, zawierające jednostkowe kwartalne sprawozdania finansowe: QSr za I kwartał 2024 r. – 22 maja 2024 r. QSr za III kwartał 2024 r. – 20 listopada 2024 r. Skonsolidowany rozszerzony raport półroczny, zawierający skrócone jednostkowe półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe: PSr za I półrocze 2024 r. – 18 września 2024 r. Raport roczny: R – raport jednostkowy roczny za 2023 r. – 20 marca 2024 r. RS – raport skonsolidowany roczny za 2023 r. – 20 marca 2024 r. Jednocześnie Emitent oświadcza o zamiarze kontynuacji przekazywania rozszerzonych skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających skrócone kwartalne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia oraz rozszerzonego skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia. Emitent informuje, że działając odpowiednio zgodnie z § 79 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia, Spółka nie będzie przekazywała rozszerzonych skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych za IV kwartał 2023 r. oraz II kwartał 2024 r. Ponadto Emitent informuje, iż skonsolidowane sprawozdanie z płatności na rzecz administracji publicznej, o którym mowa w § 61 ust. 4 Rozporządzenia zostanie przekazane wraz ze skonsolidowanym raportem rocznym tj. w dniu 20 marca 2024 r. |

(“Company”, “Issuer”) hereby specifies the dates of publication of its periodic reports in 2024. Consolidated extended quarterly reports containing standalone quarterly financial statements: QConsdExtd for Q1 2024: 22 May 2024 QConsdExtd for Q3 2024: 20 November 2024 Consolidated extended half-year report containing condensed standalone half-year financial statements: HConsdExtd for H1 2024: 18 September 2024 Annual report: Y – standalone annual report for 2023: 20 March 2024 YConsd – consolidated annual report for 2023: 20 March 2024 At the same time, the Issuer hereby declares its intention to continue the publication of extended consolidated quarterly reports containing condensed quarterly financial statements, as referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation, and an extended consolidated half-year report containing condensed half-year financial statements, as referred to in § 62 sec. 3 of the Regulation. Please be advised that, acting in compliance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish extended consolidated quarterly reports for Q4 2023 or Q2 2024. Furthermore, please be advised that the consolidated report on payments to public administration referred to in § 61 sec. 4 of the Regulation will be published alongside the consolidated annual report, that is on 20 March 2024. |
