| Zarząd Globe Trade Centre S.A. („Spółka”) podaje do wiadomości publicznej terminy przekazywania raportów okresowych w 2023 roku: I. Raport roczny i skonsolidowany raport roczny za 2022 rok - 25 kwietnia 2023 roku. II. Skonsolidowane raporty kwartale: - za I kwartał 2023 roku – 18 maja 2023 roku, - za III kwartał 2023 roku – 16 listopada 2023 roku. III. Skonsolidowany raport półroczny za I półrocze 2023 roku – 24 sierpnia 2023 roku. Jednocześnie, zgodnie z § 62 ust. 1 i 3 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących o okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim, Spółka informuje, o zamiarze stałego przekazywania w 2023 roku skonsolidowanych raportów kwartalnych zawierających skrócone kwartalne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust.1 Rozporządzenia, a także przekazania skonsolidowanego raportu półrocznego za I półrocze 2023 roku zawierającego skrócone półroczne sprawozdanie finansowe, o którym mowa w § 62 ust. 3 Rozporządzenia. Podstawa prawna: § 80 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących o okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równorzędne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim. |

| Financial calendar for publication of periodical reports in 2023 and information on submitting consolidated periodical reports The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company"), hereby announces publication dates of periodical reports in 2023: I. Annual report and consolidated annual report for 2022 – 25 April 2023. II. Consolidated quarterly reports: - 1st quarter of 2023 – 18 May 2023 - 3rd quarter of 2023 – 16 November 2023 III. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of 2023 – 24 August 2023. Simultaneously, following the regulations of §62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities’ issuers and also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union, Company informs that it is its intention to present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2023 standalone financial statements as referred to in § 62 item 1 of the Decree as well as to present the consolidated interim report for the first half of 2023 including standalone financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2023 as referred to in § 62 item 3 of the Decree.
